Wednesday 28th July - third night of the 2010 Inverness Tattoo, and NorCon Pipe Band's second night on parade.
Despite earlier rain, it held off for both the parade and the Tattoo itself.
As usual, the band paraded through the City Centre of Inverness to the Northern Meeting Park - complete with Police and Traffic Warden escorts - and then played in the arena at various times during the event.

Could they not have chosen less gaudy colours!
These are official Northern Constabulary police colours.
The traffic wardens should be issued with bicycles instead.
